Words That Make You

The Nester is a inspirational blog I read almost daily and this week she was talking about her encouragement box. She keeps encouraging letters from fans, friends, and family tuck in a special box.  She asked if any of us would like to share how we keep our encouraging letters. 

A few years ago my husband got me a pair of pajama gram pajamas that came in a pretty box that I had to find a use for.   I decided to put letters in there that had a positive meaning to me. Words make a person, God spoke words and this universe was created, Our parents named us with a word. Who doesn't smile even on the inside when an encouraging word is said to them. Last Fall I remember having a stressful day and my son who was 4 at the time could sense that as little kids usually can.  These were his encouraging words to me.  I wrote it down on the first piece of paper I could find to remember these encouraging words from my little boy.  It hangs on my board in my kitchen.
