I wanted to share a few photos of our 4th of July since I did not post anything on that yesterday.  It was a nice relaxing weekend and we did nothing! I hope everyone else had a great 4th with their families!

I am completely blank and this is only my 8th or 9th post.  Today is a pajama day in our house.  I ordered our 99 prints for 99cents from snapfish and after I hit send did I realize that I ordered the glossy prints.  I prefer matte, so I called snapfish's 800# and spoke with a gentleman who canceled my order for me so I could reorder with matte finish.  I was happy. Ninety Nine Prints later, it was $7.29 with shipping and tax. That's about 50% less than the regular total price.  

Then I scrubbed my kitchen down, looking oh so nice.  Now, we have hard water so our dishwasher has been producing a film on the dishes.  So, I spoke to one of my aunt's who has had the same problem, she said to use the gel soap instead of the powder and in the rinse dispenser use vinegar.  Supposedly the hard water does not dissolve the powder soap well and can produce a build up. Great!   So I did that and things have gotten 80% better, but some dishes still come out filmy.  So John told me we probably need to flush out the spray arms.  I found some CLR in my cleaning box in the garage and used a few Tbsps in the dishwasher.  That seemed to solve the remaining 20% that was bothering me. 

I also put together pictures of all the cakes John and I have done. I wanted to show everyone our fun we have had together doing these.  I really want to do the baking classes they are offering at AC Moore but they are night classes and I detest going out at night by myself!! They did have a 4:30-6:30pm class but I missed that window and all they have left is 6:30-8:30pm.  So conflicted! Uh!! 

 

 

I am making my husband Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Green beans.  Food is always my way of telling people I love them, especially him! He has been serving me so much lately and I have failed to thank him for all the wonderful things he has been doing for me.  So food is my love language I guess, ha ha!!
