Little Words

My kids are always walking around making up new songs and little saying.  I love their little words!  They are great and sometimes bring me to tears of laughter!   Our daughter insists on calling my sister Hannah "Aunt Nan, at Mimi's house." Or making up her 'princess ballet' songs when she is dancing around the house like a ballet princess, as she call it. Or when our son writes worship song's on his guitar.  They are so sweet and all have the verse, 'Jesus our Lord' in them.  Cute!

For this printable below comes another story.  My son received an umbrella from his Aunt Lauren for his birthday, so every time it rains he wants to go out and use it.  He asks about every day, "Mommy when will it rain again so I can go outside with my new umbrella?" I tell him I do not know, maybe soon.  My daughter, only 3, thinks she has the answer and sings her rain song.  She says, if she sings her song the rain will come. It is so cute! So I decided to make a print to put up in our home.  I love their little originals!  I am not sure yet how to attach a pdf for you to print, but as soon as I do I will post it on my blog site.  Here is my print,

Jones has me hooked on making my own printables for our home that reflect my own style and our family.  At JDC  she puts prints on her site so you can print them for your own enjoyment! Right now she is starting a new collection of "organize your thoughts" printables for sale. Each month will be a different design.  She also puts some on her site that you can download for FREE.  Also, the font on my Print is her personal font, the Emily Font which you can buy on her site as well.  When I am looking at someones blog and see something I love, I like to know what they used and where can I get it!  It's nice to give fellow bloggers credit on their creations!

I hope to do more of these printables as soon as John can set me up!  Right now he is working on the church parade committee, so I may not see him until September when we have the annual Solanco Fair. This is a huge thing around here that happens about the 3rd week in September and is kicked off with a parade through the town.  It is a great start to welcoming in the fall season! I hope to share more on the fair and parade in the months to come.  I hope you enjoyed what I shared today! Have a beautiful Friday!
