14 Days of Summer
Pictures are great and they capture some of life's greatest memories. My daughter, when she smiles, sticks her two front teeth out just slightly and it is the cutest thing and my johnny can never stay still, not even for a picture. These are the things I see in my kids that I may have missed, but when I am click away I notice these things more. So I thought I would start what one person wrote on their blog and make it mine as well. Here were our past 2 summer weeks with the family.
I love reading Jones, she is a godly woman who is crafty, clever, all about her family and stays up to date with her fashion. Once a week she is doing 'Summer Snapshots' on her blog which sum up the week in her summer life. As she was encouraged to do the same by a blogger she follows, The Starfish Blog, which I now follow. It is so fun and I know when my husband sees this collage he will be printing it out for his work desk. I love just making these pictures of our family, if not in a blog, do it for yourself and the grandparents to hang up you memories in the making. Enjoy your summer making memories with words in a journal or pictures. Jones has a tutorial about making these in picasa, have fun with it!
And by the way the fishing picture is my son casting out into my parents yard...not a body of water in sight, except maybe the drowning flowers my daughter so lovingly "watered" for Mimi. I just thought that was so funny!
